Description

J.S. Bach: the unaccompanied violin sonatas no. 3 in A minor and no. 4 in D minor (Partita no.2), BWV. Volume two. The legendary Johanna Martzy plays violin solo. Superb performance !!!

ONE OF THE HOLY GRAILS FOR CHAMBER MUSIC COLLECTORS !!!

Label: Columbia 33CX 1287. Blue/gold label. First edition (ED1). The vinyl of this early (1950's) UK LP is near mint (plays with three or four incidental pops only). Beautiful shiny surface. Comes in original innersleeve. Cover is excellent (two small writings and small recordstore sticker on back, slight ringwear). No stereo exists. VERY VERY RARE especially in this superb condition !!!
