Very strict grading

The front of the gatefold ("unipak" style) sleeve is in beautiful Excellent to Near Mint condition with only minor signs of
use and no serious creases. The spine is in Excellent condition, too. The sewed back has a 4 cm tear at the bottom right.
Otherwise it's a strong VG+ to Excellent. I didn't tape the tear. I wanted to leave everything in the original state of condition
and not try to restore. Every collector has his own personal opinion in that regard. If you need more details please let me know.

Record:
Side 1:  Visually and from listening it's almost a Near Mint condition
Side 2:  There are 2 light surface scrapes of appr. 2 cm that you don't hear and hardly see. Because of those minor deficiencies
and to avoid any possible discussions in the future I will grade this side as Excellent.

Labels:

The actual labels are in Near Mint condition but both sides show notable spindle marks.
