A brilliant excellent plus condition copy of this 1975 UK 1st press Judas Priest rock classic with jet black gleaming vinyl and superb STEREO sound quality

1976 UK 1st pressing with little played and truly excellent plus (EX+) condition, gleaming vinyl with jet black sheen and difficult to identify any marks at all - close scrutiny under a bright light confirms no hairlines or scuffs though I was able, just, to identify some very light and superficial radial marks on side 1 only, possibly resulting from some zealous cleaning! Pristine labels with just two small and very faint spindle trails on the side 2 label, otherwise perfect; gorgeous excellent plus (EX+) unlaminated and uncreased outer sleeve with firm and largely unscuffed edges - just a 2cm & 3cm light scuff on the bottom edge - and with all art work and colouring remaining rich and vibrant. The spine is also firm but does have a little superficial "wrinkling", each corner remains a near perfectly defined right angle with absolutely minimal rubbing, and the reverse side is unmarked; original near mint DECCA poly-lined inner sleeve with no splits, tears, creasing or age discolouration; terrific STEREO audio quality throughout with great tone and clarity - no skips, repeats, sticks or clicks and almost devoid of any background crackling though towards the end of the first three tracks on side 1 it is possible (if you listen hard) to detect just some very, very background interference on the higher tones - I can find no reason for this so must assume that it is down to manufacturing...fortunately it has negligible impact upon the enjoyment of the overall wonderful sound quality.

Arguably Judas Priest's finest LP and these 1st pressings are now becoming sought after and difficult to find, especially in condition as truly impressive as this.

Note that I always insert the vinyl into a new plain white poly-lined inner sleeve in order to protect the original during postage, and separate this from the outer sleeve to prevent seam splits. I use thick cardboard stiffeners and take great care in my packaging to ensure as far as possible that these precious records reach their destination in exactly the same condition as when they leave me.
