Description

Up for bid is a great, rare, DECCA Personality Series Judy Garland 78 RPM record. It features "Over the Rainbow" and "Jitterbug". It is in great shape, I never use the term "perfect" but the playing surface of this record is close. It looks like it may have never been played, although the label does have a few minor imperfections, see photos. I will package it securely in bubble wrap and in a sturdy box.
