Description
You are bidding for a very rare 78rpm 10" shellac single released in the UK in 1957 by Judy Garland.
This is one of three 78rpm Capitol recordings released only in England.
I have never seen one of these available anywhere before so have no idea of it's value. I am starting the auction at a very reasonable £50 so could be a bargain for any Judy Garland collectors.
This shellac is in very good condition considering how delicate shellacs can be and the fact that it is now 62 years old. I have played it and there is some background hiss and a light crackle, but no heavy scratches or scuffs. The sound could be improved with a professional clean. I grade this VG
It comes with an original Capitol 10" paper company sleeve, which is a little bit 'chewed' at the corners (see photos)
The postage & packaging cost of £6 reflects the extra packaging needed to ship these very delicate shellacs. If possible I would highly recommend coming to Basildon in Essex to collect this if you can.

Mint (M) - record looks un-played, has no marks on it, plays perfectly
Near Mint (NM) - record has been played, potentially has some very light surface marks, but plays perfectly
Excellent (EX) - record has been played, has some light surface marks, but plays well with some light surface noise
Very Good (VG) - record has been played a lot, has some light surface marks and scratches, plays with some crackle, but still enjoyable
Good (G) - record has a build up of scratches and scuffs, plays with a lot of crackle and pop, but doesn't jump, stick or skip
