Features Glenn ‘Fernando’ Campbell on steel guitar (ex-Misunderstood). Original UK stereo LP in gatefold poster cover, release date 1970 on the Vertigo label, catalogue number: 6360014 Matrix nos: side1) 63600141Y//1 side 2) 63600142Y//2 Condition of cover/record: M- / MINT (Grading as used by Record Collector) The non-laminated cover was printed and made by Howard printers (Slough) England & is in almost MINT condition. There is one section of the poster cover which has some edge splaying – this is very little wear, just a thin edge approx 1/16th inch by approx 8 inches in total length. Given that the poster measures approx 36 inches by 24 inches, and this is the only minor blemish, I am grading this cover as M- but I am confident that the winning bidder will not be disappointed. There is no wear to any of the other edges. There are no creases, tears, rings, no writing or stickers, no fading, no dirty marks or fingering. The spine is in perfect condition with perfect print. The inner sleeve is the swirl logo polythene-lined original & is in pristine condition – no creases, folds, tears, writing or stickers, no fading or dirty marks. The two labels each have very few light spindle marks – just 2 on side one, and 3 or 4 on side two. Please note: there were some light reflections in some photos which I was unable to eliminate. The record plays FAULTLESSLY – AS IF STRAIGHT FROM THE FACTORY – NO CLICKS POPS OR CRACKLES AT ALL. The line-up on this album was: Paul Williams – vocals piano congas, Glenn Campbell (ex-Misunderstood) – pedal steel guitar & mandolin, Chris Mercer – sax & keyboard, Rod Coombes – drums & percussion, Mick Moody – guitars, Keith Ellis – bass. This record was cleaned and played before the auction to ensure accuracy of description. This item has no reserve on it, & is from my personal collection.
