Description

  • Extremely RARE 1950 Capitol Green Label, Gatefold Cover, EBF-228, 2x 7' vinyl discs, both in Excellent Condition, Gatefold Cover in Excellent Condition with No Splits, Very Light edge wear, Cover Wear & Discoloration, On side 3 / "Tonights the Night" there's a tic towards the end for a few revolutions caused by the only imperfection I could find in the set. (see photos). It looks like a mark after pulling the vinyl out of the cardboard sleeve to me.  Other than that these records are clear and crisp with a very occasional light pop. 
  • This is a Fantastic Recording as well. You can hear every instrument and vocals crystal clear, and what you hear is everything from Blues Piano Shuffles to Beautiful Soul Ballads all with Julia's Unmistakeable & Powerful VOICE! 
Some of the songs are quite Nuanced with a lot of space. I'm happy to say that even through these passages their is next to no Vinyl Noise…and this is listening with Headphones.   It's Party Time !!!!
