Description
Auction is for a RARE ORIGINAL U.S. PRESSING of JUST A LITTLE BIT'S "SELF TITLED" LP from 197? on Baby Grand Records. Quite an anomaly here on the California based notorious tax-scam label Baby Grand as this is a Canadian session arranged and conducted by Paul Zaza of Trevor Dandy fame... Although the cover would have you believe this features the vocals of those two lovely ladies, it's actually an all-instrumental effort and all the better for it... featuring a nice mix of jazz funk grooves all across the album and even I've read that there's a break lurking here somewhere... highlight's are the dancefloor ready uptempo groove of "Flutey Boogie" and the killer jazz funk of "Sundown" which at just over ten-minutes length changes up a few times to keep things constantly interesting and would also provide good material for the sampler. Cover still in original shrinkwrap and vinyl is absolutely flawless! Perfect copy!
