Description

A chance to purchase a  very  rare record by Jack Hammer on the USA SOUL  label  from 1971.    Cat No Soul-35088  . The A side is Swim and the B Side  is Colour Combination.  This  release is getting more  difficult to find The  Record and Labels  are in   Excellent  condition  On a scale of 1-10 I would grade this record  overall as an 8-9.. I do not grade anything as near mint or mint unless it is still shrinkwrapped. But these have possibly only been played a few times in its lifetime  .It is amazing that a record so old has survived in such condition. It has been stored and forgotten for  37 years. The vinyl looks almost as new except that there is a scratch across the A side but this doesn't effect the sound at all. There is a drill hole through the label as was normal in th eUSA with records that were deleted. I could find a small number of DJ copies  with double A side but only one copy of the standard release and that was very expensive.

 

 

  This  is a must for Northern soul collectors . I have put no reserve This is one for the specialist collector of Soul or completists of the ancilliary Motown Labels  . The photos may not be clear (blurred during transmission to E-bay) but I can assure you the labels are in the  condition as stated.
