Description

This is the rare original deep groove pressing of Jack Sheldon “The Quartet and the Quintet” on Jazz West JWLP 6.  The flat rim playing surface is in near-new condition, with a high luster; perhaps played once.  The coated cover is in remarkable condition – bright, clean, and immaculate throughout; very slight rubbing along the spine; the bottom seam has 2 ¼” rubbing at the spine and 1” wear at the opening.  Glassine inner sleeve is included.  Personnel include Zoot Sims, Walter Norris, Bob Whitlock, and Lawrence Marable.  $350.00..
