Jack White - 16 Saltines 
12" liquid filled vinyl
The only way to get this vinyl was to buy it inside the Third Man Record Store several years ago.  One sad issue these vinyls have is that the liquid itself evaporates after a while, it's pretty much empty/dry now - it can be refilled fairly easily.
There is some splitting of the sleeve on both sides.
