Description
The time has come for me to part with my 50 year old Beatles collection. This collection consists of LP's, 45's, picture sleeves, EP's, 12" singles, picture discs, sealed LP's, test pressings, acetates, promos, box sets, and CD's from the US and the UK. The collection also includes vinyl and CD's from John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison, Ringo Starr, and Apple artists. There are numerous rarities in this collection. The vast majority of the vinyl is in NM- to NM condition; I tried not to acquire anything with a grade below that, or attempted to upgrade, although a few of the extremely hard to find items I was unable to upgrade and will have a grade below that. If you are a Beatles collector, be sure to bookmark me as the vinyl I'll be listing will surely be of interest. Here we go; a splendid time is guaranteed for all.
Jackie Lomax-"Sour Milk Sea" (written and produced by George Harrison)/"The Eagle Laughs At You" (produced by George) 45, Apple 3, released in 1968. This is a scarce promo pressing with the "Factory Sample: Not For Sale" sticker as shown on the B-side. Vinyl, VISUALLY graded by Goldmine standards, is in NM- condition with a couple of tiny marks. Labels show a couple of very light spindle marks. Side one matrix number is APPLE 3A-1 with 1001 A-1 marked out; side two matrix number is APPLE 3B-1 with 1001B marked out. This will come in a UK Apple sleeve, in VG- condition with age wear, wrinkles and creases. Classic Apple single, in a rare format.
