This is the 1962 stereo release, which was issued simultaneously with the mono release 4089 in October of the same year. This first pressing carried the "New York, USA" address on the blue/white center labels and no deep groove. Stamped in the dead wax are "RVG STEREO" on both sides

I played this record on my Technics 1200 turntable. If you have a Crosley or other cheap/budget turntable, there is a chance that with this and every record the tone arm might bounce off. This is not a sign of a deficient record, this is an issue with the turntable. If you encounter this problem, a penny taped to the top of the head of your tone arm generally fixes that issue.
