On offer here is the INCREASINGLY RARE AND HARD TO FIND UK VERTIGO SPIRAL RELEASE OF RAGAMUFFINS FOOL BY JACKSON HEIGHTS FROM 1972.The album comes complete with the poster,but i must point out that this came with a polylined plain white inner sleeve and not an inner-spiral sleeve.The main embossed outer sleeve is in EX- condition with just a little sign of wear around the edges of the front and back and a tiny bit on the spine.There is a retail sticker on the reverse,which i won't try to remove as it has been there from the start all those decades ago and i don't want to chance damaging the sleeve.The poster is as near mint as it could possibly be so i will grade that as MINT-.The vinyl still looks visually stunning and plays absolutely fine without any skips or jumps,but there is a certain underlying crackle to the record so i will try and be as accurate as possible,as i know this is a record that goes for decent prices and i don't want any potential buyer to be disappointed.The underlying crackle is mainly only noticeable between tracks and on quieter pieces of the record(the worst perhaps on the track Chorale) but the clarity and power of the record is still perfectly intact and is fantastic.There may be an odd pop now and again and the record is a bit crackly on ejection on both sided(although this is obviously after the music has finished),but it is still a really great listen.After much consideration,i have decided to grade the vinyl as VG+,so that no potential buyer is disappointed.I have certainly bought records myself graded as EX,which have been poorer than this.However,i feel this is an honest assessment.In summary:
