Description
DESCRIPTION: This is a UK first pressing of Jade Warrior's self-titled album on the Vertigo label, with 1Y//1 2Y//1 matrix numbers.
The vinyl looks near-mint under normal lighting with just a small, solitary spindle trail on the side B label. Under a bright LED light, I can see a faint hint of bag rash on side B, but no scratches. There is some inherent surface noise in places, which is somewhat inevitable given the sparse nature of the music, but this is not loud or overpowering. Otherwise, the vinyl plays loud and clear with dynamic sound, and no loud pops, repeating tics or skips.
At first sight, the gatefold cover looks in near-mint condition with very few signs of wear or tear. However, upon closer inspection, it is clear that this record has been stored under damp conditions at some point in time, because there is foxing on the outer panels of the gatefold. The inner panels, on the other hand, are clean.
Comes complete with the original poly-lined Vertigo inner sleeve with the correct '0371' (March 1971) date code. The inner sleeve has browned with age, but the seams are all still intact.
GRADING: Unless a record is sealed, I play-grade everything on a high-end turntable. My grading is strict, so even if you are buying a 'VG+' record from me, the chances are that you are actually buying a very nice keeper copy. Nevertheless, grading is quite subjective; so, if you feel that I haven't graded something properly, please contact me immediately. As a collector of vinyl myself, I know how important customer satisfaction is and I will do everything I can to resolve any issues.

PACKAGING: I do not charge for packaging costs. All records are packed well in sturdy record mailers with additional cardboard for protection. To prevent any seam splits during transit, I always ensure that records are packed outside of their covers.
