Condition:

Record = Near Mint - Very Clean - Very light paper scuffs - Plays Beautiful.
Cover = VG+ - Corners have light rub marks and there is a split at the top left on the spline and 1 very small split at the bottom corner at the opening. Very little Ring wear. There are no holes or saw marks.
