Description

An original 1st issue of Goldfinger on the UA label from 1964. Matrix 1N/1N. Stampers 1-T/1-GR. The heavy set vinyl comes housed in an original Mono flipback cover. Also included is the original Emitex inner sleeve. So, 100% genuine and 100% complete.
Vinyl (Ex+) In smashing condition and has only seen light use. Under close inspection we could only make out a couple of light marks either side - nothing remotely troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals an EXCELLENT+ level of playback. Intros and inbetweens are practically silent and the audio comes across with excellent clarity. The audio quality is most impressive and it's a real treat to hear it delivered in hi-fidelity. Very nice clean rendition which is imperative when you're in those low-key instrumental section. Interference is pretty mcuh no-existent. All I detect were a couple of crackles in a couple of isolated moments. A real treat!
Cover (Ex) In beautiful condition and has clearly been looked after down the years. Lovely shiny clean front with a few stress creases on the spine edge. The rear seems to have escaped the usual ageing process. There's just one or two tiny tiny marks just visible. Edge wear is light and the text on the spine is still legible barring the "M' of "Motion". Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity.
Inner (Ex-) Light ageing. No marks or splits.
