Description
The time has come to part with some treasures in my much-loved collection of rare albums from the past 50 years. They've been well cared for all these years, stored properly and in a smoke-free environment. Some of these LPs are almost brand new, others have been played many times. All of them are must-own records for any collection. I hope this auction finds them a good home.

James Brown. I Got You (I Feel Good). 1966 original pressing. Matrix A-1/B-1. King Records 946 on Canadian Regency label. Clean album with slight paper scuffs on side one, some deeper scuffs on side two. The cover is perfectly preserved, still in the original shrink wrap. A beauty!
GRADING
MINT (M): Unopened.
NEAR MINT (NM): this record appears virtually flawless, almost as if just opened. A very minor scuff and very little else can appear on the vinyl. It should play without any noise. The cover looks as close to perfect with only minor signs of wear and or age. The artwork is be as close to perfect as can be.
VERY GOOD PLUS (VG+): This record is very clean and quiet. It has great lustre but slightly visible minor scuffs that don’t affect listening. There will be no Scratches. The cover might show some minor outer ring wear but no ink wear. Some slight creases could appear in the corners, but not wrinkled and obtrusive to the eye. No seam splits or writing on the cover or taped repairs can make this grade.
VERY GOOD (VG): The record shows wear, surface scuffs, perhaps some very light surface scratches. The vinyl still has a great luster, but the flaws will be more noticeable. There could be some background surface noise between songs. Otherwise, an excellent listen. The cover is clean cover, but the artwork appears aging. There could be small writing on the front or back. Some minor wear to the seams or spine, but no tears or holes popping through. The corners will be slightly dog eared yet no crackly bends, defacing the artwork.
GOOD (G): This record is well used but overall still decent still with some lustre and a quality listen. They are not really going to look very good, with noticeable light scratching. There will be some surface noise when the record is played, but not enough to overpower the music dynamics and no skipping. The covers will look worn, used. There may be some seam splitting . There will be some ring wear, where the ink has begun to wear off. There may be some writing on the cover.
