Deep groove blue label both sides. "235 West 46th Street New York 36, N.Y." address on back cover.

Record looks VG++ and plays VG+. Record plays enjoyably with light surface noise of the wear type. Some light scuffs. No scratches. Grooves show some play but are not gray or damaged.

The cover is VG to VG+.

The front cover has moderate wear with ring wear. Tape is visible on the top seam. The back cover is the same with small pencil writing near the spine. Top seam is taped nearly all the way across but is split only app 1/4 inch at each end where it's not taped. Bottom seam is split, heavily worn and untaped app 1/2 inch at the pocket. The spine is split and untaped app 6 inches and is unreadable.
