Here is your chance to own this ultra rare original first pressing 12" vinyl of this very sought after Chicago Acid House Classic by James "Jack Rabbit" Martin, titled: There Are Dreams And There Is Escape, released on Yoton Records back in 1988.

This is from my personal record collection and have owned it since it was first released.


This is the Holly Grail of records to own and is extremely hard to find. I am listing it as VG+ / Ex to err on the side of caution, but it is really in near mint condition in my personal opinion for the exception of having some light superficial scuff marks, which do not affect the tracks themselves. There are some very minimal light pops here and there, but no skipping or scratches. The record plays very clean and you won't be disappointed!


There are also some dust particles and fuzzies present and could use a cleaning since it has been put away and untouched for the last 37 years.


The record comes with a generic white sleeve and black jacket, both the jacket and sleeve will show some normal ring wear, along with some light scuff marks and fingerprints.


I have over 33k records in my collection and will be listing some super rare and hard to find  one-of-a-kind pieces, so please keep an eye out and save me as one of your favorites.
