Quite rare James Taylor single on Apple. Paul McCartney plays bass guitar on the first track, and supposedly rumoured that George Harrison assists on backing vocals. It certainly sounds like it, upon listening. The vinyl is in gorgeous condition - you will be hard-pressed to find better vinyl. There is one 2mm scuff in the outer junk edge that turns into a light thin scratch for about .5". Is so light, it is difficult to spot. I've listened very carefully to both tracks, and it is absolutely clean. The labels are in like-new condition, no marks. The record comes in the original company sleeve, which is also in surprisingly good condition. The numbers are stamped in the runoff, APPLE 32 A-1U / APPLE 32 B-1U.
PLEASE NOTE: I have listened at least twice to all the 7” that I currently have at auction, and affirm that there are no skips. If there’s notable hissing or pops in the play, I’ve mentioned it. I won’t list anything that rates beneath “Good” unless it’s of exceptional rarity. I will not list anything as Mint, even if it is. Everything is Good to Near Mint. I will note when something is in the original sleeve and will include a photo. Anything else will arrive in a generic vintage sleeve that may include deejay notes and so forth.
Good/G = wear, scratching, scuffing, some gloss remains, good play, potentially some hiss and pop.
Very Good/VG = light scratches, light scuffs, good gloss, good play, potentially some hiss.
Near Mint/NM = virtually no scratches or scuffs, excellent play

These 45s come from a collection accrued over decades in Central New York. Many are radio station copies. There are approximately one hundred 7” left, and I will be listing them over the next few weeks. Please check back in!
