Great copy of a great rare record. Comes with the lyrics sheet. The obvious flaw is the runny signature from the previous owner on the back left corner of the sleeve. The signature also appears on the vinyl label and lyrics sheet as shown in the photos. Other than that, the sleeve and lyrics sheet are in strong, crisp shape while the vinyl itself looks to have been hardly played. No real signs of wear. Minor surface noise and a couple of pops throughout the album.
