Up for bid is an extremely rare 2 LP set, "Janacek - Sinfonietta, Lachian Dances, Taras Bulba," performed by the Czech State Philharmonic with Jose Serebrier conducting. This is an audiophile press, released by Reference Recordings (RR-65) in 1995. LP 1 is VG++, with a couple of tiny faint scuffs on either side. LP 2 is NM, with no scuffs or scratches. Both LPs are extremely clean and retain a nice gloss. Sturdy thick gatefold jacket is a solid VG+, with one tiny seam split. This split is at the front top right corner, starting from the mouth and traveling toward the spine about 1/4 inch. There is light ring wear on the front and back of the jacket. There is a tiny crease in the front upper left and right corners. There is a tiny crease in the front lower left corner. There is a crease in the back upper left and right corners. There are light scuffs on the front and back of the jacket. The front, back, and interior of the jacket retains a nice gloss. I can find history that this rare set has only sold several times on Ebay. Don't miss your chance to pick up this very rare set!
