Description

This is a must have if you are a Janis Joplin fan! Joplin In Concert is a compilation that was released after Janis Joplin's death. One LP features songs Janis recorded with Big Brother & The Holding Company and the other record is Janis and The Full Tilt Boogie Band. Both records in this double LP are in Near Mint condition. The wax is glossy, labels are great, and there are no visible scratches but there are a couple scuffs or smudges that may disappear with cleaning. 
Nice heavy weight gatefold sleeve is in excellent condition with very little corner wear. Inner sleeves original with "The Inner Sleeve" newsprint. The inner sleeves have yellowed with age as paper sleeves from the 70's do and there are a couple folds from bent corners and a 1" tear along one edge.
This is the 1972 release with the textured cover with red spine. Catalog number on sleeve is C2X31160. Bottom right corner of back cover has X798.
