The record has a couple of hairline scratches and dust scratches that you really have to look for to see. The jacket is intact with no splits or tears. The record is actually in a plastic inner sleeve which is in a gatefold jacket, which is in turn in a slipcase type of jacket. Whew! The original poster and lyric sheet are included. There is no obi. Very hard to find in this Japanese version. The photo is of the actual item for sale.
