NOTES: Alvarez had another album that you can find on popsike or on a more major Christian label. This truly obscure undated record by him is possibly unknown. Blank back cover adds to homemade look; bottom seam is halfway split, marker on front of cover . There are 7 tracks on here, 5 of which are in a more traditional gospel style although with some Latin edges. But there are 2 interesting tracks for the modern soul collector. "He's Alive" is the more upbeat modern soul track and it also has some smooth rock elements and good electric guitar. "Lord I Need You" is slower almost sweet soul style, but still lightly funky and with nice Maurice White style vocals.
