Description

IMPORTANT: YOU ARE BIDDING ON A VERY RARE RECORD THAT HAS SOME LIGHT SURFACE NOISE IN BETWEEN ALL SONGS AND DURING THE QUIET PARTS OF THE MUSIC. I WOULD GRADE THIS RECORD BETWEEN G+ and VG-
The vinyl itself looks great. There are a few light scuffs that occur over time from putting a record in an out of the sleeve. I know most record sellers would rate such a clean looking record more like VG but I am trying to be as realistic as possible here. I have played through this record twice (on two different DJ grade turntables) and it plays through perfectly. I don't know why the one side of the white LP label has a black marker scribble on it. It has always been there and does not have any special significance that I am aware of.
This record was a record store's in-store play copy / my copy since the year it was released. I am the original owner and a non-smoker. This record was given to me by the label / distro as a gift. This is a test press of the original LP pressing. See the matrix notes below.
I am also including a nearly mint copy of the original record jacket with this record as well as the CD booklet in VG+ condition. The record has been stored in a discwasher brand anti-static/no scratch sleeve. The goofy, hand drawn white 12" jacket has no value or band related special story. It was hand drawn by an employee at the record store.
As far as I know, this test pressing has only appeared once for sale on Ebay and that was in 2007. It was near mint and sold for nearly $400.00. As I have stressed, this copy is NOT mint so consider yourself warned. I repeat, this record has light crackles throughout.
