Lots of big jazz stars on this set of LPs. Norman Grantz presents Getz, Gillespie, Adderley, Johnson, Eldridge, Schifrin, Davis, Hawkins, Carter, Byas, Lampkin, Hayes, Feldman, Sam Jones, Jo Jones, Davis, Wright and Candido.


Vinyl:


Vol.1 - VG - has been played and there are various lines and scuffs. No of these can be felt with finger nail. The poor relation of the set! 1N pressing.


Vol 2 - NM - looks in good shape. 2N / 1N pressing.


Vol 3 - VG+ - some light marks. 2N / 1N pressing.


Vol 4 - NM - one light mark stretches across surface of side 1. 1N pressing.


Sleeves: All in good shape. VG+.


Inners: Originals. All intact.


The Factory Sample stickers are genuine.


I will post in poly protective sleeves and record mailer using Royal Mail. If buying from mainland Europe please ask for an invoice so that I can reduce the postage.


The records that I sell are from my dad's collection and he was an EMI salesman therefore I can guarantee their provenance. I grade the records visually but will happily test play if requested. Generally I find that the older ones (late 50's / early 60's) play with an old vinyl crackle! I clean each record before selling.
