Up for sale is an original U.S. first pressing of “Jazz Eyes” on Regent Records (MG 6056) featuring an outstanding hard-bop lineup led by John Jenkins with Donald Byrd, Curtis Fuller, Tommy Flanagan, Doug Watkins, and Art Taylor.
This copy is the desirable Rudy Van Gelder–mastered pressing, confirmed by RVG in the dead wax on both sides. Early mono Regent pressings like this are increasingly hard to find in collectible condition.
