Description
Hal Stein and Warren Fitzgerald on Progressive 1002. Mono, deep-groove 1955 original looks weak VG to VG- with a lot of light scratches. That said, the record plays very well--fidelity is superb, the music is up-front and clear. There is some sound from the scratches, but it is relatively low level, and the disk can be listened to with pleasure. The marks on this record are light, and there is no loud popping, no skips or sticks. Given the disk's rarity, this is still a very serviceable copy. Cover has some light staining around the edges front and back, and some spots from which Scotch tape was once removed. Five-inch seam split at top right, bit of wear to center of spine. A decent cover overall.
I am currently selling a very nice batch of 50s and 60s jazz originals in great shape, so check my other auctions.
