Condition: 

DISC:  Vinyl is nice VG++ with full original gloss.  Has been played a small number of times, and handled with care.  No noticeable wear, and perhaps 3 or 4 lines on the spindle hole indicate the record was played sparingly. 

Side One has a light hairline scuff across the first track and midway into the second that produces a few very light ticks but nothing that interferes with the listening enjoyment.  Both sides have a couple very small, slight marks that produce a couple isolated soft tics, but otherwise the surfaces are pristine and produce a rich, highly enjoyable listening experience.  Labels are clean.

JACKET:  Jacket has some issues, but is overall probably acceptable for most collectors given the nice condition of the disc.  Shelf wear is quite noticeable on top and bottom seams, at corners, and along the spine where there is cracking and a couple small chips.  Bottom seam is split approximately 8 inches.  On the good side, the front art panel is clean and bright.  Also, the reverse is clean and white, with no writing, stickers, or other issues. 

NOTE:  Play graded, and cleaned on a Nitty Gritty “mini-Pro” professional model record cleaning machine.  

Definitely a tough one to find in any condition, this early Blue Note gem is well worth the investment and will provide a highly enjoyable listening experience.  Nicest of all, your satisfaction is fully guaranteed.
