Description

Auction is for a rare punk rock LP featuring the art work of Jean Michele Basquiat.  Released in 1984, on C.D. Presents Ltd. out of San Francisco. This original pressing was limited to 500 copies.  There have since been a few represses, including colored vinyl copies.  This is the original first pressing on black vinyl, with runout matrices of CD 025 A/B EDP Sterling.  In addition to Rammellzee vs. K-Rob's Beat Bop, this is the only record for which Basquiat provided cover art. Cover top and bottom (front and back) appears to show tape removal - straight line strips where tape appears to have been removed, leaving removed cardboard.  I've tried to capture this in the photos.  From most vantages, this makes the cover look like it has minor cover wear.  This is a very presentable copy, suitable for framing.  The LP is in excellent condition.  Very rare in this original state.
