PLEASE REVIEW ALL PHOTOS AND READ THE ENTIRE ITEM DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY AS THERE IS A LOT TO DESCRIBE!!
THIS IS A REALLY NICE FIRST PRESSING ON THE YELLOW EPIC LABELS THAT IS STILL IN THE ORIGINAL SHRINK WRAP WITH THE ORIGINAL HYPE STICKER! THAT'S RIGHT! I SAID "HYPE STICKER". THIS INCLUDES THE SUPER RARE AND IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND ORIGINAL HYPE STICKER!
PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS A SMALL SPLIT IN TOP SEAM OF THE SHRINK WRAP(please see pics). The top part of the cover / or top seam has some wear, possibly from being rubbed by a hard surface, perhaps a shelf or cabinet, causing the minor imperfection. (again, please see pics - it was somewhat difficult photo).
Up for sale is one(1) The Jeff Beck Group - Beck-Ola LP ORIGINAL STEREO PRESSING LP from 1969 on EPIC Records (#BN 26478).
This is the First Pressing with YELLOW EPIC LABELS and is still in the Original Shrink Wrap with the Original Hype Sticker.
The Jeff Beck Group features, of course, Rod Stewart, Ron Wood and Nicky Hopkins.
PLAY TESTED! I RECENTLY PLAYED THIS LP AND IT SOUNDS AWESOME!
The Vinyl is in EXCELLENT condition, but has typical wear from age that is typical with a EXCELLENT grading. Even with a EXCELLENT grading there may be a certain amount of surface noise. More noticible during the quiet parts.
Nice, clean labels with minor spindle marks.
The cover is still in the original shrink wrap and is in EXCELLENT condition with typical wear from age, including, but not limited to corner dings / soft corners, creases, crumples, ring wear, dings, etc... There are no split seams.
There are a few small tears in the shrink wrap typical with age, mainly at the bottom stemming from the side opening and at the top left corner seam.(please see pics). The original price sticker / code sticker is still attached to the front of the shrink wrap. It may come off with some elbow grease, but I'm leaving it as-is.
This cover typically doesn't age well, but this one is in EXCELLENT shape as it has been preserved in plastic lo these many years.
The Hype Sticker is in EXCELLENT condition with typical wear from age.
The LP is in a plain inner sleeve.
