Jeff Beck Group 'Beck-Ola'.
Original UK EMI/Columbia black label stereo press LP.
The follow up LP to Truth and the last for the first version of the Jeff Beck Group before they split up on their supporting US tour soon after its release in July 1969. With the very earliest -1 -1 matrices & matching 1-G 1-G mother stampers of the first few hundred copies pressed!
The Garrod & Lofthouse matt flipback sleeve is intact & in EX condition, with some very light storage wear on the front cover and light discolouration on the rear cover. The spine is intact and fully readable, the EMI company inner is intact & in EX condition. The record is in visually EX+ condition, with only one or two faint sleeve removal hairlines visible under bright light on each side. The labels are in EX+ condition, clean & bright with evidence of only one or two faint spindle markings. Overall the record still retains all its original sheen and looks great. The sound reproduction is EX+, still clear & precise throughout with definately no skips, sticks or jumps, but there is some brief low background noise during the run in grooves, overall, a really great, clear & punchy listen. The matrix nos. are; YAX-3870-1 mother stamper 1-G, YAX-3871-1 mother stamper 1-G. This is one of the very earliest 1st pressings of the original 1969 UK stereo 1st issue of this album!
All records are checked on an Acoustic Research deck before being listed and any flaws noted in the listing, so if you have any problems with the record please contact me for a full refund of original price & postage on return of the record (no partial refunds), no quibbles, no problems!! All grades are those used in the Record Collector Guide. All lp's are sent in cardboard record mailers with plastic covers and cardboard stiffeners to protect the LP's!! UK Signed For Postage is £4.50 for the first LP & is the same for up to four single LP's or two double LP's or more up to 2 KG!,
