Description
As a seller, I pride myself on conservative and honest assessments of my albums. Mostly I sell unplayed promo LPs. Some of my albums by 5-time Grammy winner Beck HAVE BEEN PLAYED and the lower prices reflect that. Please read individual descriptions carefully.
THE GOOD (4 albums comprising 5 discs): 1. Everything You Always Wanted to Hear by Jeff Beck, 1975 - Unplayed promo, white promo label, original plain dust jacket. For an all-white jacket, it's in very good condition with only light wear. A la carte price: $30
2. Jeff Beck with the Jan Hammer Group Live, 1977 - Unplayed promo, white promo label, original plain dust jacket. Epic insert advertising other albums. Jacket with timing strip and gold promo stamp (on back) in mostly stellar condition. Extremely light wear on Jeff's bangs on the front -- see photo #7. A la carte price: $40
3. There and Back, 1980 - Unplayed promo, white promo label, original illustrated dust jacket. Outer jacket has gold promo stamp (on back) and is in stellar condition with only the slightest bit of edge wear in lower left corner -- see photo #9. A la carte price: $25
4. Truth (1968) & Beck-Ola (1969), repackaged by Epic as a double album and released in 1975. This is NOT a promo. Still in the original factory shrink wrap. A la carte price: $25
THE BAD: There are none.
THE UNKNOWN 5. Blow by Blow, 1975 - A sublime instrumental album. Promo with timing strip, white label & original plain dust jacket. Side 2 has a light scratch. Unlikely that it will affect album's ability to play without skipping, but I no longer have a turntable, so cannot vouch for it. Jacket in fine condition. A la carte price: $10 (must be purchased with another album from any of my listings.)
6. Wired, 1976 - Promo with timing strip, gold stamp on back, white label & original plain dust jacket. Light scratches, probably okay to play, but I haven't listened to it. Jacket in fine condition. A la carte price: $10 (must be purchased with another album from any of my listings.)
7. Jeff Beck and the Yardbirds, 1972 - Not a promo. On the budget Springboard label. Vinyl has a scratch that may affect play. Jacket cosmetically fine. A la carte price: $10 (must be purchased with another album from any of my listings.)

More about the collection: All albums in this and my other listings are from my personal collection dating back to a long-ago career in rock radio. Record sales are not my livelihood, so rather than attempt to grade them using a system in which I have no expertise, I prefer to let the photos, my honest descriptions and positive buyer feedback tell the story. If they're described as unplayed, it's because I never played them and there've been no other owners.
