Jeff Buckley - Killing Time: Rare Tracks 1992-1995 VINYL LP LVY523

Combining live broadcasts from the legendary WFMU in East Orange, NJ, and WENZ in Cleveland, OH, this LP set is some of the rarest live Buckley material available.

Opening with a heartrending cover of the country standard made famous by Porter Wagoner, "Satisfied Mind", followed by a brilliant take on VU's "All Tomorrow's Parties", through a great Smiths tune, and a post Siouxsie And The Banshees tune from The Creatures, the LP closes out with 3 amazing Buckley originals. Perhaps most famous for his beautiful cover of Leonard Cohen, Jeff Buckley sure had a way with making others songs his own, and the covers found here are perfect examples. What a voice and what a talent, this set is pure and sublime Jeff Buckley.
