Jeff Wayne – Jeff Wayne's Musical Version Of The War Of The Worlds (Prog Rock 2 x LP) (1978)
Very good UK 1st release double album.
Fantastic gatefold album with accompanying 16 page booklet.
Condition VINYLS: VG+/EX. Superbly clean on visual inspection. One faint hairline scuff right at edge on side 1 but no other scuffs or marks – and no deep scratches. Played just pre-listing and sound clarity is fabulous throughout. Run-ins are clear with little to no static/surface noise. A ew tiny clicks through first seconds of side 1. Plays with no skipping, jumping or sticking. An enjoyable listen to this classic rock musical score. OUTER SLEEVE/COVER: EX. Colours are clear and unfaded on superb gloss gatefold card sleeve. Light scuffs to corners.. Spine has mild wear and apertures have just tiny nicks. A few light creases to covers but no dents, stains or rips. Faint disc ring outline. A wonderful example. BOOK: VG. Colours are clear and unfaded on large format book. Some creases on covers and a few folds. Lower staple on spine missing and small rip on lower edge of cover page. All pages present and book remains intact. INNER SLEEVES: VG+. Original white paper sleeves. Clean and intact but with some crinkling and folding in corners. Decent examples.
