    • UK Tour December 2010 Tour (card, same content printed on both sides) 
    • UK Tour December 2010 - revised to include Rydian and Chris Thompson (card, same content printed on both sides)
    • The New Generation UK Tour 2012 - Glasgow SECC details only (card, same content printed on both sides)
