Description
Hi and welcome to my auction item. I am clearing out a further batch of vinyl - some of it rare and collectible. I aim to give an honest description of each item and grade the condition as accurately as possible. Opening
price (or fixed price, where Buy It Now) is fair and realistic, and is based on the value or rarity of the record.
I post to the UK only, and will aim to post out the first working day after payment is received. Winning bidder to pay via Paypal within end of auction please. For peace of mind I always obtain proof of
posting and if bid price exceeds £30.00, the item will be sent out (at my additional cost) by tracked, signed for postage.
Next batch of 45's is a selection of Northern Soul gems, a few mainstream and others a bit more rare or esoteric. Hopefully something for all tastes.
Here's The Jelly Beans with "You Don't Mean Me No Good" and "I'm Hip To You" on David Godin's legendary and much respected UK Right On! label. Distributed through Pye, this is the second release (RO 102) on this label, and followed The Crow's "Your Autumn Of Tomorrow". It's an ultra rare 7" A label demo and big on the Northern Soul scene back in the 70's.
The record is in very good condition, plays very well on both sides and it comes in the original (and rarely seen) record company sleeve. The only issue to report is the numbered gummed sticker stuck to the A side label.
