Description

Up for auction is a very early Ferd (Jelly Roll) Morton Gennett Piano solo. On Gennett 5323.

The Pearls Scuffs greying in the grooves. Plays fine. I found one (finally) a grade higher. When I bought this on Ebay a few years ago it was graded VG+. I would say it is about VG. Plays better. I am playing it now, music comes over fine through the hissing. Label is a little faded, but not much. The flip side is a less than exceiting Dream Daddy by Sol Wagner. It is the Jelly Roll side that sparks. Overall this will be a nice record for your collection.
