The LPs are in EX condition. There is no surface noise to speak of, and only a minimum of pops/ticks. The recorded sound is excellent. The cover is in VG+ condition. Essentially in good physical shape, but there is a small blemish on the top left hand corner of the front, and the BASF sticker has been partially removed.There are a few marks/creases and a partial ring mark.
There is some absolutely ravishing playing from both artists on these records. Heartfelt, passionate, moving performances! Jenny Abel has a magnificent tone which is clear to hear on Harmonia Mundi's excellent sound. Why she is not better know is a mystery to me!
This LP comes from a large collection of records owned by a retired music professor that I am selling on his behalf. I do no grade the records visually, I listen to them in their entirety and try to give as accurate description of the condition as I can.
