Fantastic northern soul double-sider by Jerry Jackson on UK Cameo Parkway demo P100:

Record is Ex. There is a small sticker on the A-side label (which could probably be removed but I haven't tried). The A-side is a classic, but in my opinion the B-side is one of the greatest northern tracks ever recorded. Top class.
I've owned this 45 for 30 years. As I do from time to time, I will be selling some nice items from my personal collection in the next month or so. Mostly these will be rare UK northern soul 45s, but also some R&B, doo-wop, rock n' roll etc. Please keep checking my auctions.
I package my records really well as they normally travel a long way from NZ. I use cardboard stiffeners, bubble-wrap, and then box the record. I have never had any reported damage. Package and postage to the UK is ₤5 for one single, ₤6 for two, ₤7 for three etc. Insurance is available (email me for details).
