Jerry Lee Lewis - High School Confidential/Fools Like Me (London HLS8780) 78rpm 1958 - silvertop label - no company sleeve - plain white cardboard outler sleeve.
Fair ro good cond BUT a harline crack - which does play but may damage your stylus - I therefore suggest this is only good as filler for your collection
I'm now selling my 78s collection so have a look at my other items - multiple purchases will attract huge discounts on packaging and posting costs. I will try and group artists together so you have a chance to bid for small collections (in case you want to collect from Vauxhall or group together for discounted postage and packing)
Packing - As this is the first time I've sold 78's I will be using 2 layers of bubble wrap and securing them within carboard packaging - similar to a pizza box to minimise risk of damage in transit - this is why postage and packing is expensive for 78's. Let me know if you want to pay extra for "signed for" and I will provide a quote
If you can travel to Vauxhall for collection (or meet in Central London) this could save you a lot of money in postage and packing costs! - and minimse risk of damage in transit!

I try to describe records accurately (and 78's are difficult to grade) but here's an explanantion of condition descriptions:
Fantastic condition! (means almost mint as hardly any signs of being played - i.e. no visible scratches, surface marks - high gloss appearance on the vinyl - amazing condition for the age of the record)
Excellent condition (means very minor signs of wear and tear - no scratches or bad surface marks - there may be signs of being taken out of the sleeve a few times but it's clear the record has been well looked after.
Very Good (means there are some marks on the vinyl and has been played many time - the sound reproduction is excellent with few signs of hissing, crackling or popping)
Good (there are many surface marks and minor scratches and signs of being play a lot - however the record plays OK but there is surface noise)
Fair (the appearance looks pretty bad but the record does play ok (due to the durability of the old records)
Poor (looks in terrible condition but does play with a lot of hiss and crackle) I would only list really collectable records in poor condition and are normally around 50p. Nice to have if they are very hard to find)
