Description
This is a rare piece of 50's Rockabilly history, pressed in LA on the Kent label, in fantastic condition; both sides are graded conservatively EX and play perfectly and the labels are spotless.
Jesse Lee Denson (AKA Jesse James) grew up in Memphis Tennessee a close friend of the Burnettes (Johnny and Dorsey of later rockabilly fame) and reputedly taught Elvis Presley to play the guitar. Seeing the Dorseys' breakthrough inspired his move to New York to pursue a similar career, where he recorded briefly with Eddie Cochran; this particular track also features the drumming of Earl Palmer.
