Description
I'm thinning out my record collection due to space issues. Here for auction is the now very rare sealed copy of Aqualung released on the now sadly defunct Classic Records label. Pressed on Audiophile quality Super Vinyl Profile(SVP).
This Classic Records reissue of Aqualung was cut from the original analog master tapes. These were obtained from Ian Anderson. Then cut on Classic's ,"all tube" system by Chris Bellman at Bernie Grundman mastering. This version includes, for the first time since the original UK release, an authentic faux linen textured gatefold jacket pus original label art. Pressed on Classic’s 200g Super Vinyl Profile.
This release is not to be confused with Steve Wilson's 2011 remix, also brilliant. Both have their fans. Bidding for this item starts at a ultra low price of £29.99. Compare this with other asking prices on eBay. A great chance to own this very rare pressing.
