Description

Super rare CD-4 quadraphonic release of the classic LP Aqualung! This is extremely rare, as this was completely remixed from the original master tapes for the quad format! This means they went back to the multi-track masters and mixed a special four channel discreet quad version specifically for this release. The mix is superior to the original in fidelity and noticeably different in levels and tracks! This mix has never been reissued and this is the only way to hear this unique and different version of this CLASSIC WONDERFUL LP! You may hear my archived version of this on Archive dot org by clicking the link below... the vinyl has a very quiet program to preserve the extended dynamics and quad information, and while this adds to the dynamics and allows much better bass program, the small bit of surface noise is evident… but still you will hear a tight VG++ copy that is the best on Ebay, I'll bet! 
Aqualung QUAD CD4 REMIX!! 

The Disc is in EX/NM- with no feel-able scratches, no real scuff either… very close to a MINT-, but falls just short, but sounding every bit of NM! Cover is VG+ to EX with very slight rub, or beginnings of ring on the rear, which is hard to tell with the aged look it has even when new! Seams and spine are free of perforations, and clean, inner shows typical age yellowing and labels are clean with no spindle traces. A very very nice copy of a super scarce record that is a unique and special perspective on a famous piece of art rock that will reveal parts of these songs you've never heard before!
