Jethro Tull - Thick As A Brick
(Chrysalis CHR 1003 UK LP 1972)
This is a UK original LP pressing. It has a gatefold, fold out, newspaper sleeve, & comes with its original company plain paper inner sleeve.
The record is pressed on thick vinyl & has 1st press A-3U/ B2U matrix stampers. The Chrysalis labels have the white "i" Island logo on them. A genuine UK 1st pressing.
Gatefold Sleeve & Newspaper: There are 2 tiny tears (5 mm & 2 mm) at the front sleeve at the side. There is a small 5 mm tear at the top too. There is some light rubbing wear to the spine. The newspaper is totally complete & has no loose pages or tears. The "dot to dot" puzzle has been completed on one page. VG++ condition.
Vinyl: Some light to mild sleeve rubs can be seen under a strong light, and one small hairline mark. There are some minor pressing marks on one side too. VG+ condition. The labels are lovely and clean & show minimal spindle wear. Plays VG+ to Near Excellent, & Excellent in some places. There is some light crackle in some quieter places.
Grading adheres to “Record Collector” specifications. I shall use good quality packaging (proper vinyl mailers & two card dividers).
Postage for 1 LP in the UK is £4.50. You can add one extra LP for free (up to the weight of 1kg).
Postage for 1 LP in Europe is £6.65 to £7.85 (depending on weight). Add £1.25 for each additional LP up to 2kg.
Postage for 1 LP for the rest of the world is £7.75 to £11.50 (depending on weight). Add £2 for each additional LP up to 2kg.
Insurance is necessary if this item exceeds £20. Overseas buyers will add £5.50 extra (plus an additional £2.50 if the item value exceeds £70).
