This item is a very nice white label DJ PRESSING ONLY of the great Jethro Tull LP from 1972 entitled ‘Thick As A Brick’. Record label and number is Reprise Records MS 2072. This DJ pressing only an edited version of ‘Thick As A Brick’ especially prepared to assist disc jockeys, and is different from the record intended for consumers (which is stated on the white promo record labels on the record and on the DJ time strip on the front of the cover). Record is also specially banded for DJ purposes. Promo LP itself is in fantastic condition and would easily grade VG+++ with no visible scratches or marks and just a couple of very light paper scuffs. Record labels are clean with no writing. Cover itself is in very good condition and contains the original newspaper that was inside the gatefold cover. DJ time strip on the front of the cover does have some writing on it and spine of the cover has a slight tear but no splitting. Total time of the LP is 35:37. Original Reprise Records inner sleeve is included. Considering this promo record is 38 years old it’s in amazing condition!
