Description
Jethro Tull 'Thick as a Brick' CHR 1003 (Chrysalis). 1972 first issue on the variant 1 earliest pressing A-side: CHR 1003 A-3U PORKY B-side: CHR 1003 B-2U PECKO
Comments: Vinyl is clear & superb and this is the variant 1 pressing of the earliest UK issue, with the Island logo & radial text in white at the head of the labels. Outer is Excellent condition; the 12-page newspaper gatefold-style sleeve is great and has a heavyweight card construction of the record pocket. Inner is generally good but with an 8cm seam split at the bottom. I have visually checked and also played the vinyl through to check, hence my comments. Postage Overseas; Europe £16, Elsewhere is £22. Overseas may be liable to customs.

Vinyl and sleeve is graded as per the grading system below;
Mint (M) - The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition.
Excellent (Ex) - The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
Very Good (Vg) - The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects is acceptable
Good (Gd) - The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc
