Description

Rare Original 1968 Jethro Tull "This Was" Mono Vinyl Album in Gatefold Sleeve. The sleeve remains in Very Good + Condition with minor storage wear mainly to the edges and corners. The Vinyl is in Excellent Condition with little sign of play and no spindle marks present on the label. 
First mono pink island 'orange/black circle eye' 1st issue label. Rough textured labels. Pink island "orange/black circle eye" labels with "Made in England" are from 1969 (as Jethro Tull - This Was). Laminated gatefold mono cover. Inside gatefold (Unlaminated spread, overlapped glue-tab at top): Recorded Thursday 13th June to Friday 23rd August, 1968 at Sound Techniques Studio, Chelsea, London. © Chrysalis Productions Ltd. 1968.
